Yes. Providing the third party switches have a two-wire start and have the capability of being mechanically held in a neutral position by the PM-SC for load shedding purposes. Furthermore, third party switches must have the ability to be inhibited by the PM-SC from switching to the emergency position until adequate generator power has come onto the generator bus. This permissive function is described above. Be sure to verify these parameters before installation and startup.
