Can the player have only one technique at a time?
Yoshimoto: You can learn a lot of abilities, but this time you select technique to use. 1UP: It looks like you can’t attack when carrying someone. Yoshimoto: No. You can attack even when carrying someone. 1UP: How? Yoshimoto: Like Jackie Chan (smiles). Musashi can use a girl he’s carrying to attack, or he can throw the girl up, and while the girl is up in the air, he can attack enemies. Also, Musashi can carry an enemy and throw it up to slice it, or kick it. 1UP: What is the experience system like in the game? Yoshimoto: For leveling up, we have a system where players make selections for themselves. When Musashi levels up, there will be a sign indicating so, like in Final Fantasy XI. Then, the player will open up the menu and there will be different categories like offense, defense and so forth.
