We currently offer 3 different finish packages for each of our 9 models – The Bungalow Package, The Craftsman Package, and The Designer Package. We will also make some minor structural modifications to any of the 9 models to customize the home for you. Other changes such as a larger garage, an RV parking area, or an additional bedroom will also be considered if the plan as altered will still fit on the homesite.
