Can the park management of my mobile home park take my house for nonpayment of rent?

First off don’t believe everything you hear. If you own your home the park manager cannot take it for unpaid rent unless you agree to this. And then in some counties like Butte in ca. managers can not do anything. And as far as kids go it don’t matter, most managers will kick them out in the street to.In order to take your home they have to put a valid lean on it. If they get the judgment they can sell the home but can only keep whats owed, The rest has to be returned to you or the state. But doing this is not an easy task for them.Plus you will get awarded a pretty good amount of time to move it after eviction is complete and before any lean will happen.Oh, and keep in mind most managers and park owners do not care how long you have lived there especially corp. owned parks. the minute you do not have any money you do not matter.
