Can the Packasport be Mounted to Round Crossbars and to Elliptical Crossbars?
Yes the Packasport can be Mounted to Round Crossbars and to the Elliptical Crossbars without any problem. The only limitation is with the width and depth of the crossbar. Crossbar width cannot exceed 4 . Crossbar depth cannot exceed 1.5 . Most crossbars are considerably less than these dimensions so this should not be a concern. If your vehicle has the exceptionally wide crossbars, and is not a Hummer, then you will need to purchase a Compatible Crossbar Set. If you order a Packasport for a Hummer let us know so we can include the specially designed hardware that slides into the factory crossbars to complete the mount.
