Can the owners rent villas out and for how much?

Some of our members rent out their villas. Small ones are renting for about $1,000 per week. Larger beachfront units with pools and Jacuzzis may rent for $3,000 -$5,000 USD per week in season. We help our members to manage rentals by providing welcome and housekeeping services, and making sure their property stays in good condition when renters leave.
