You are most likely right, this is not legal. I do not know a lot about trailer park laws, but I do know that you have a lot of protections specifically written to protect you if the landlord decides he can make more money doing something else with his land. Have everyone call the Housing Authority, (yes, the more calls the better) and ask them for help. If they so not you should contact whatever county offer investigates Elder Abuse, as this could certainly fall under those laws as well. Of course I am talking about the seniors, but the more county involvement you have the less likely this is to happen.
