No, the Netscape Internet Browsers do not support the SAM online questionnaire. It requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 Service Pack 2 or 6.0 and at least a 1024 x 768 pixel resolution of your screen to best view the online questionnaire. You can download the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer for free at http://www.microsoft.com/ie. Alternatively, SAM can send you a blank copy of your questionnaire as a PDF file.
