Can the One-Net be configure to forward or disregard a duplicate alert that was received on more than one of the radio sources being monitored?

Yes it can. The One-Net sis defaulted to forward duplicate alerts. To change the setting so that the duplicate alert will not be forwarded, go to Setup, click on the Decoder button and change it.
