Yes, as of the 48-1224 firmware (January 5, 2010). There is a setting to control OSD position in Setup -> Video Setup -> Display Options -> OSD Position. Unlike Subtitle Shift, there is no interactive positioning widget. Note This feature is for use with the various Zoom modes. Without it the On Screen Display is shifted off screen when zooming.
