No. Although some developers use Windows 95 as the operating system for other development environments, including Visual Basic and other Visual Studio products, the NonStop Software SDK products (NonStop SQL/MX and NonStop TUXEDO) are integrated with the Windows NT operating system kernel. Windows 95 does not implement this kernel, therefore you cannot use Windows 95.
