Yes. The PM-SC is recommended in this application. Note that the critical (life safety) load must not be larger than the smallest generator in the MPS package. Typically, a separate transfer switch is included and dedicated to the critical load. The first generator that closes onto the emergency bus is switched onto the critical load immediately without need for MPS permissive. Typically, another transfer switch is sized for the remaining loads that are backed up by the remaining generators as they come onto the emergency bus.
