Your MP3 file name can contain spaces and/or apostrophes. For example, the file “Hi Mom.mp3” will upload correctly. However, the MP3 file name should not contain other characters such as an additional period, pound sign, or a dollar sign. It is recommended that for maximum compatibility, your MP3 file name contain only characters and numbers and no special characters. Remember, this is the actual MP3 file that you are uploading. The text you enter in the “Song Name” field is what gets displayed on your Artist Page.
