• No, the Mouse-Trak will not work with adapters which convert from Serial to PS/2 or vice versa. While some consumer mice allow this, ITACs products, which comply fully with the PS/2 protocol specification in order to operate on the wide range of high performance UNIX and NT systems used by our customers, cannot do this as it requires violation of the initialization handshake specification.
