Can the menu be displayed in different languages?
There is a selection displayed in the first menu screen that will allow you to set the camera to display the menu in one of several languages. The available languages displayed will vary depending on where the camera was purchased. In general, cameras purchased in the U.S. will have English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian and Portuguese installed. Press the menu button and use the arrow down key to select the fourth icon, which resembles a head with a speech balloon. Use the right arrow key to display the available languages. Use the up or down arrow key to select the language. Press the OK button in the center of the arrow keypad and the menu will be shown in the selected language.
