Can the MCAT run on 64-bit architectures (x86_64)?

The MCAT code cannot run in 64-bit mode, but if you use the compiler option to build in 32-bit mode and are using Oracle, the MCAT will work fine on 64-bit hosts. Using postgresQL there are additional problems in running in this mixed mode and we do not currently support this. Non-MCAT servers run on a 64-bit architecture without problem and can be integrated into an SRB datagrid like any other.
