Can the Longhorns still contend to play for one of the BCS bowl games?
Ed Cunningham: It’s going to be awfully tough. They slipped so far in the polls. It is going to be a while for people to forget how badly they were beaten by Oklahoma. It is hard to imagine a scenario when they are one of the top 8 teams in the country. Dawgmatic: What are your thoughts on the Pac-10 race for this year. Has Oregon become the premier program in the Northwest? Who do you like coming out of the Big-10 this year? Ed Cunningham: With just getting done that Ohio State is going to have trouble with Michigan, they are the favorite. Conferences like that scare me because of the depth. Top to bottom, that is a pretty good league. It is hard to come out of a conference like that undefeated. It could come down to who did you lose head-to-head.
