Call the Customer Service local rate phone number – 0845 686 2273 to cancel the Gift Card as soon as you can, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need to know your Gift Card number, and provide proof of purchase so be sure to record it in a safe place. You may also be required to provide additional information. After you cancel the Gift Card, you will collect the replacement Gift Card from the Information Centre with the remaining balance minus a £5 replacement fee.
