Can the lessor forcibly eject the lessee on the expiration of a lease?

0

On the expiration of the lease the lessor is supposed to deliver the possession of the property back to the lessor. If he does not do so the lessor will have to approach the courts to obtain a decree directing the lessee to vacate the property.
