Can the Learn@Hand courses run on Windows 3.1?

As you may know, Microsoft is no longer supporting the Windows 3.x operating system so our Learn@Hand content provider will be discontinuing support for this as of 1/1/2000. This change will allow our content provider to develop new course features faster without adapting them for the 16-bit Windows 3.x platform. After our mid-January new course installation, a student will be required to have a 32-bit windows operating system such as Windows 95/98 or Windows NT 4.0.
