Preparation of plant material for Chromatin Immunoprecipiation differs essentially from preparation of culture cells, so Diagenode has adapted the protocol of the LowCell# ChIP for this application. We recommend therefore to follow the first steps of a ChIP protocol optimized for plant material (http://www.diagenode.com/media/downloads/documents/protocols/ChIP_Plant_LowCell_0708V1.pdf) and then to go ahead with the LowCell# ChIP.
