Can the IRT Service Desk clean my infected computer?
No. The IRT Service Desk does not perform virus or malware removal from personal laptops or desktops. However, we do provide learning workshops that assist students in how find and eradicate nasty viruses and malware. Workshops are a quick, informative 40 minutes (15-minute presentation followed by hands-on instruction). You will have the opportunity in class to practice the tools and skills as you are learning them. The secedule of our available workshops can be found on our STC Workshop Calendar linked below.
