Yes, the Hydrasep is part of a patented system by Gnesys, Inc., that allows it to be used with the HYDRAPASS for large area surface run-off applications such as parking lots, airport tarmacs, and equipment storage. Facilities that have a low probability of oil spills will gain the economy of design and installation when the collected oils are washed off in the first 1/2 in. of rainfall. The separator is sized for a 2 year rainfall event, and all run-off greater than that may be safely by-passed.
