Can the HT impose a plan on a reviewer if they are still dissatisfied after the 10 days limit?

If the word imposed here means can the Teacher substitute their own plan, the answer is no Following the head teachers review of the plan and statement, he may instruct the reviewer to replace it for prescribed reasons (Regs 15.4). The prescribed reasons are limited to plans which are inconsistent with plans for other teachers at the school with similar experience or responsibility and plans which do not comply with the schools performance management policy, or with other requirements in the Regulations (Regs 15.4). When this happens, the reviewer must consult the reviewee, and make the new plan and statement available. The reviewee can add comments if he wishes. The reviewer and the reviewee should sign the revised statement within ten days. After the reviewer has made changes in accordance with the head teachers instructions, the head teacher cannot require this revised statement be changed.
