The Hills ESTEEM TM evacuated tubes can be retrofitted to most existing tanks using the Hills ‘retrofit kit’. In cases where you are replacing an existing electric storage tank (hot water system) it is recommended you replace the full system as the rebates available will outweigh any other option both in longevity and economics. (NSW only) If you have an existing tank and are replacing a gas or solar (or other) system there may be benefits to considering a retrofit option.
