No, Hiclones are always made out of High quality stainless steel and the parts are folded and triple spot welded together at each fold, The welding processes are done in such a way as to minimise heat transfer into the metals which prevents the metal from becoming brittle. The design of Hiclones means that the blades are supported at both ends to prevent them from bending back and forth in the strongly pulsating airflow which would otherwise eventually cause metal fatigue and breakage. Other cheap imitation products are only supported at one end and have broken due to metal fatige and caused damage, they are also not supported in Australia so you have virtually no recourse either!
