Can the Helpline visit my room and help me connect to the Gustavus network?
During the Fall Orientation for first-year students, the Technology Helpline will visit the Residence Halls, visit your room, and offer connectivity help. They will also help install Windows Updates and install the Gustavus-provided Symantec Endpoint Protection software. During the rest of the year, the Technology Helpline does not visit students’ rooms.
