Can the height requirement be waived?
No. Our height requirement is based on two key unit requirements we must maintain. First, our formation standardization in our overall mission to represent the entire USAF; second, we must meet supplemental individual personnel height requirements in order to perform joint-service missions with the Army’s Military District of Washington (MDW) and four other command/HQ counterparts, within the National Capital Region.
