Can the GCard ever have a negative balance?
Any authorization request that is greater than the GCard’s available balance will be declined. However, there can be times when a Visa and MasterCard merchant puts an item through without prior authorization. If this happens and you exceed your GCard’s limit, you will be billed for the excess amount, plus applicable service fees.
