Can the Free Foundation idea be misused by someone ?
No one single entity on earth has the power to hire a large enough group of people to build a Free Foundation. The Free Foundation is by deep nature built on the idea of free contributions. We can see the strength of this idea in the linux vs. Microsoft struggle, where Microsoft s OS will eventually disappear even though it was there in the first place.
