Can the faculty expect they will have campus-based support for their online classes?
We are working with the different campuses on this, getting a detailed sense of what support is available, what will be needed to make this project work and what centralized support will be offered as well. We plan on offering appropriate support. Also, we have not yet chosen the software tools that will support us.
