Can the exhaust gas lift up yor car?
You could lift something with exhaust gasses but not in the way depicted in the video. In Australia, some smaller dump trucks use exhaust from their own diesel engine to inflate a bladder which would then tilt the bed. A system based on that is available in the US only it uses compressed air to inflate the bladder instead of exhaust (to avoid interfering with emission control devices) on current pickups.
