Can the equipable items received from monsters or quests serve as Magic Essences to create other equipable items?

Right now they cannot. Only player-made equipable items can be used as Magic Essences when creating other equipable items. For example, a player-made white equipable item can serve as a Green Magic Essence when creating another equipable item.
