When using a positive rotor, the 0.5, 1.5 and 2.0 ml Safe-Lock micro test tubes can be centrifuged for 30 min. at 25 °C at 70,000 x g. Please note that when using a non-positive rotor the maximum g-force of our 2.0 ml micro test tubes is reduced to 25,000 x g and of our 0,5 ml and 1,5 ml micro test tubes is reduced to 30 000 x g .
