Can the employees opt out of contributions to the ECF?
Yes. Employees can opt out if they wish to. They will have to write to Eurasian Association to obtain the prescribed form and inform their employers using these forms. The forms should bear official Eurasian Association stamp and endorsing signature. The employer is required to send copy of these forms to Eurasian Association.
