EasyNN-plus does not have an engine. This is because most of the performance critical code is inline to avoid excessive and repetitive function calls. The weights and biases can be used in other applications to simulate the Querying actions of EasyNN-plus. See the sample projects that use Excel. EasyNN-plus can be driven using scripts generated by other applications.
