Can the DYMO Address Book be shared with other users?
Yes, it can. The DYMO Address Book may be located anywhere on a network. Anyone with read/write permission to the Address Book, can access it from DYMO Label Software. Important note: The Address Book cannot be shared simultaneously among multiple users, regardless of access rights. It is one at a time. If it is necessary for multiple users to be able to access the same list of addresses data, each user will need to have a local copy of the data that only they access.
