No. The District cannot recommend a plumber. The best method for finding a responsible plumber is by word of mouth and recommendations from friends and neighbors. This valve may be broken in a partially closed position, restricting the normal flow of water. South Coast Water District personnel are prohibited from adjusting this valve. • Check the pressure regulator.
