Can the dish be used to pick up any other satellite TV stations?

A. Well, the dish could be used to pick up any satellite TV broadcast in theory, but in practical terms we install the dish so it is pointing specifically to the satellite BYU-TV is on. That means you can watch the other channels carried on that satellite if you want, but as these are Chinese language, we generally don’t watch them. You can buy a more expensive dish which has a little motor which moves your dish from one satellite to another. We have no idea what that would cost as we don’t sell them. All we want is BYU-TV, so that’s all we do an installation for. To get more information about other satellites, you’d have to talk to a local satellite installer for your area.
