Can the derma roller cause skin peeling or make my skin peel?
Dermarolling, itself, should not make the skin peel. There may be some very slight flaking in cases of extreme exfoliation but I would suggest that the culprit is the skin treatment(s) being used along with the derma roller. I know from personal experience that using glycolic acid, Renova (retin A) or any other sloughing and/or drying agent along with a micro needleing device will step up the effects of the treatments. Increased irritation, sensitivity and, yes, increased peeling is likely to occur. Follow the directions included with your purchase.
