The dependents of OFW are not allowed to secure an OEC. The dependents are entitled to reduced travel tax which can be applied with the Philippine Tourism Authority (PTA) at T.M. Kalaw, Manila. Used OEC is one of the requirements of PTA to avail of travel tax reduction for OFW dependents.
