Can the delivery and tracking of my organizations campaigns be affected by other AlphaMail clients?
No. AlphaMail recognizes this is a major concern for all of our clients. We believe that no client should be able to affect the performance of any other clients. Our systems are designed so that each client is guaranteed their own designated database. Furthermore, if the need is determined, certain clients are allocated their own server (or group of servers for scaling purposes).
