Can the default time budget method be retained across sessions?

Yes. The default time budget method (i.e. Time Units or Fee Basis) can be made to “stick” across sessions if it currently is not. (The behavior of Task Manager 2000 version 1.00.728 is for the default time budget method to revert back to Time Units.) Version 1.00.729 amends this. Check your current version of Task Manager 2000 under Help, About. The version should read 1.00.729.
