Can the day and time for delivery / collection / redelivery be specified?
Yes, it can. Although we are unable to accept specific time requests, we can advise you of a 1-hour slot to make deliveries and collections. We will send you an SMS message the afternoon before your delivery / collection or redelivery is due specifying the 1-hour allocated slot so you don’t have to wait in all day and can get on with more important things. You can also log in to your Welcome Page on our website and view the allocated time there. If you do not have a mobile or access to a computer you can call our toll-free number for our 24/7 Customer Service Centre and an agent will advise you of your allocated time slot. In countries where we use partners to deliver part of our service; we aim to provide you with an am / pm timeframe.
