Can the dates be changed for starting and ending the promotion?
The start and end dates can be changed until your program is registered in NY, FL and/or RI. If your promotion doesn’t require registration, the start and end dates can only be changed until your program starts. However, these dates cannot be changed once the rules have been published, even if the promotion has not begun.
