Data generated from the 3500 Series Systems cannot be read by previous versions of GeneMapper&reg ID or GeneMapper&reg ID-X Software. Current GeneMapper&reg ID-X Software customers will be given a free upgrade to the GeneMapper&reg ID-X v1.2 Software with the purchase of a 3500 series instrument. GeneMapper&reg ID customers will pay a standard conversion fee for GeneMapper&reg ID-X v1.2 Software with the purchase of a 3500 Series instrument.
