By asserting the attorney-client privilege FOR you and directing the caller to your attorney, DAAN can be used for virtually any attorney-client relationship but the follow up for the caller is targeted toward collectors and creditors. In any event, only use the DAAN module as your attorney directs; any unauthorized use could violate state and/or federal law.
