Can the Customer Service help solve problems with my own computer/ hardware?

The Customer Care will be glad to help you on problems relating specifically to the Photon Pro Broadband service from TATA Indicom and the hardware/software provided by TATA Indicom. If you have purchased your own CPE, and are facing issues with it, the helpdesk will not be able to assist you with it, and we will recommend that you contact the hardware supplier.
