Can the credit card be used as a payment vehicle for recurring monthly telephone bills such as Bell Atlantic, AT&T, GSA, etc.?
If estimated yearly requirements for these services is under $2,500, you may pay for the services with the card. If payments are greater than $2,500, you should have some form of a contractual instrument set up with these companies to use the card as the payment vehicle if this is in the best interest of the Govt.
