NO, the travel cannot be split between indexes on one reservation. To accomplish this, you may book one portion of the trip on one index and book a separate trip on the next index. For example; the outbound portion and hotel is on one index and the return trip is on a second index. You will book a one way outbound ticket and the hotel and indicate which index code to use. You will send that to be approved and then ticketed. You will book a second one way return ticket and indicate the correct index and have that approved.
